This ice-breaker c-book provides opportunities to:

•    Knowing multiple numerical expressions for the same ‘object’;
•    Understanding equivalence of expressions;
•    Rewriting numbers and expressions into equivalent numbers and expressions;

For the English CoI it functions as particularly useful case example for the Learning Analytics objective where indicators of ‘Creative Mathematical Thinking’ (fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration) are operationalised through feedback.
